At Shantiniketan, we provide educators with in-house training to refine their teaching skills. They learn to use innovative teaching learning methods to strengthen student engagement and subject comprehension. We also have a series of mandatory Professional Development Programs, Training Workshops, Webinars through the year that enable teachers to stay updated on new methods of teaching, use of technology in teaching, skill development, techniques to map student learning, academic progress and life skills to list a few.
