Our Staff, Our Pillars

The staff at Shantiniketan School is a vivacious team of educators who prepare our students to meet the real challenges of this competitive world. We have an excellent team of teachers, who are provided ample opportunities for professional and career advancement through regular skill development workshops. This enhances the academic and intellectual environment of our institution. Both our teaching and nonteaching staff are the backbone of this Institution.

The school is headed by Principal & Dean, ably supported by a team of Academic Dean, coordinators, teaching and non-teaching staff. We have a strong team of coordinators heading each section to supervise the staff and students. They are wellversed in pedagogy and supervise the implementation of the curriculum and carry out regular assessments as per schedule. The teaching and non-teaching staff is segregated and is exclusive to each section of the school. The staff remains familiar with the students and their academic needs during the entire tenure that they are
studying in that particular section under them.
